Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Idvor is an AI-operated professional services platform operated by TR3I LLC. References to “Idvor”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy mean TR3I LLC and its Idvor platform.

2. What we collect
When you connect a Google account, Idvor requests access to the following data:
- Gmail metadata — email headers only: From, To, Subject, Date, and Message-ID. We do not store or process email body content.
- Google Calendar data — event titles and attendee lists.
We also collect standard account information (name, email address) when you create an Idvor account.
3. Google API scopes — why we request them

| gmail.compose | Create draft replies for human review. Idvor never sends email autonomously — all drafts require explicit human approval before sending. |
| calendar.readonly | Read event titles and attendee lists to surface scheduling context and generate meeting briefings for human review. |
4. How we use your data
- Classification and tagging of inbound communications against client and project records.
- Generating AI-assisted summaries and draft responses presented to a human operator for review before any action is taken.
- Detecting project-relevant updates — no project record is modified without explicit human confirmation.
5. What we do not do
- We never send emails autonomously on your behalf.
- We never store email body text.
- We never share your Gmail or Google Calendar data with third parties for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Idvor service.
- We never use Google user data to train AI models or for advertising targeting.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
Idvor’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- Google user data is used only to provide and improve the Idvor service features described in this policy.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., our infrastructure provider, Railway, which processes data under appropriate data protection terms).
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purpose not disclosed in this policy.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you have given explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
7. Data retention
Email metadata and calendar data are retained for as long as your Google connector is active within Idvor. When you disconnect the connector, all associated Gmail and Calendar data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
8. Data security
Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Credentials and secrets are stored in Railway environment configuration and are never committed to source code. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel.
9. Your rights and controls
You may revoke Idvor’s access to your Google account at any time by:
- Visiting Google Account Permissions and removing Idvor’s access.
- Disconnecting the connector from within the Idvor portal (Settings → Integrations).

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
