Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Idvor platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by TR3I LLC(“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Permitted use

The Service is intended for business use only. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are accessing the Service on behalf of a business entity, not as a consumer.
• You have full authorization to connect any email, calendar, or third-party accounts you link to Idvor.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measure of the Service.

3. AI-generated outputs

Idvor uses AI to generate draft replies, summaries, and other content to assist human operators. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated drafts are suggestions only and require explicit human review and approval before use or transmission.
• Idvor does not send emails or take external actions autonomously. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to send or publish after review.
• TR3I LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to act upon.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a Google account or other third-party service, you grant Idvor access to that account solely as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any linked account at any time from within the Idvor portal or from the third-party provider’s account settings.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. During the current beta period, we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or response time. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Intellectual property

All software, design, and content comprising the Idvor platform is owned by TR3I LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use TR3I LLC’s trademarks, trade names, or other brand features without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or connect to the Service. By using the Service you grant TR3I LLC a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TR3I LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TR3I LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
